This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, duplicate purchases, access issues, digital product delivery, and third-party tool purchases are handled for IncomeStreamHowTos.

1. Overview

IncomeStreamHowTos may sell digital products, downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, templates, checklists, companion access, recommended tool guides, online resources, and related business-building materials.

Because digital products and online access can be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited and are reviewed according to this Refund Policy, the checkout terms, and any specific refund terms shown on the sales page or order form.

If a product page, checkout page, receipt, or written offer includes specific refund terms, those specific terms control for that purchase.

2. Digital Products and Online Access

Digital products may include immediate access to downloadable files, online resources, guided companion experiences, protected pages, email-delivered materials, videos, templates, checklists, workbooks, or other digital content.

Once digital materials, access links, downloads, protected content, companion access, or online resources have been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally considered final unless otherwise stated or required by law.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered if:

  • Change-of-mind purchases after digital access or materials have been delivered.

  • Products or resources already downloaded, accessed, consumed, or delivered, unless a refund is required by law or specifically offered in writing.
5. No Income or Results-Based Refunds

IncomeStreamHowTos provides educational information, business-building resources, digital products, and tool recommendations for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that you will earn income, make sales, generate traffic, gain customers, build a profitable business, grow an audience, or achieve any specific result.

Refunds are not provided simply because a customer did not achieve a desired financial, business, traffic, marketing, or personal outcome.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Recurring Payments

If IncomeStreamHowTos offers a subscription, trial, recurring access plan, or monthly service, the specific billing and cancellation terms shown on the checkout page, order form, billing portal, or related offer page will apply.

Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments, trial charges, or already-delivered access unless otherwise stated, approved by IncomeStreamHowTos, or required by law.

Customers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue a subscription or recurring plan.

7. Third-Party Tools, Affiliate Links, and External Purchases

IncomeStreamHowTos may recommend third-party tools, software platforms, services, or resources. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning IncomeStreamHowTos may earn a commission if you purchase through those links at no additional cost to you.

Purchases made directly from third-party companies, software providers, affiliate partners, marketplaces, or external websites are governed by those providers’ own terms, refund policies, billing rules, cancellation processes, and support procedures.

IncomeStreamHowTos cannot issue refunds for purchases made directly through third-party providers or external platforms. You must contact the third-party provider directly for refunds, cancellations, billing issues, technical support, or account questions related to their product or service.

8. Access Problems and Support Requests

If you believe you did not receive access to a product you purchased, please contact us at support@incomestreamhowtos.com and include the email address used at checkout, the product purchased, and a brief description of the issue.

We will make a reasonable effort to verify your purchase and help resolve access issues. In many cases, access problems can be resolved by resending access instructions, verifying the checkout email, correcting a typo, or providing the correct customer access path.

A refund may be considered if you purchased a product, did not receive access, contacted support with accurate information, and we are unable to resolve the access issue.

9. Duplicate Purchases or Payment Errors

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or checkout provider. IncomeStreamHowTos does not control bank or payment provider processing timelines after a refund is submitted.

Refunds may not include third-party processing fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or other charges outside of IncomeStreamHowTos’ control, unless required by law or handled differently by the payment provider.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a problem with a purchase, access, or billing, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide purchase records, access records, product delivery records, support correspondence, and applicable policy terms to payment processors, banks, or dispute-review systems when responding to chargebacks or disputes.
