Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The IncomeStreamHowTos Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible IncomeStreamHowTos products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate tracking links.

The current primary product available for affiliate promotion is The Online Business Model Selector, a guided online access experience and decision-making resource designed to help people compare online business models and choose a direction that better fits their goals, skills, time, budget, and preferences.

IncomeStreamHowTos reserves the right to add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue products available for affiliate promotion at any time.

For purposes of these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions:

• “IncomeStreamHowTos,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to IncomeStreamHowTos and its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and authorized representatives.
• “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person, business, brand, publisher, creator, or entity that applies to or participates in the IncomeStreamHowTos Affiliate Program.
• “Affiliate Program” refers to the IncomeStreamHowTos Affiliate Program.
• “Affiliate Link” means the unique tracking link assigned to an approved affiliate for the purpose of tracking qualifying referrals.
• “Tracking Window” means the applicable period during which a referred customer may be attributed to an affiliate link, subject to cookie, browser, device, platform, and tracking limitations.
• “Qualifying Referral” means a valid purchase that is tracked through an approved affiliate link, is not refunded, charged back, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, or otherwise disqualified under these terms.
• “Commission” means the amount an approved affiliate may earn from a qualifying referral, subject to these terms and any applicable affiliate platform rules.
• “Affiliate Platform” means any third-party system or software used by IncomeStreamHowTos to manage affiliate links, tracking, applications, reporting, and payouts.
• “Approved Materials” means official graphics, product descriptions, swipe copy, images, logos, brand assets, and other promotional resources provided or approved by IncomeStreamHowTos for affiliate use.

Participation in the IncomeStreamHowTos Affiliate Program is subject to approval.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to participate in the Affiliate Program.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, remove, or terminate any affiliate application or affiliate account at our sole discretion, including where we believe an affiliate may create legal, reputational, operational, financial, compliance, customer-experience, or brand risk.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying for or participating in the Affiliate Program.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information, payment information, tax information, website information, promotional-channel information, payout email, and affiliate account details accurate and up to date.

We are not responsible for missed communications, delayed payments, failed payments, or misdirected payments caused by inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or invalid information provided by you.

Approved affiliates may receive a unique affiliate tracking link through our affiliate program platform or another authorized tracking system.

You are responsible for using your assigned affiliate link correctly.

Affiliate referrals are tracked using a 60-day cookie or tracking window, unless a different tracking period is shown in your affiliate dashboard, written program details, or a separate written agreement.

Approved affiliates may earn commission on the first qualifying purchase of The Online Business Model Selector made by a referred customer within the applicable tracking window, subject to these terms and the affiliate platform’s tracking records.

Commissions are only available on purchases that are properly tracked through your unique affiliate link and meet all requirements for a qualifying referral.

Tracking depends on the customer’s browser, device, cookie settings, privacy settings, and the proper use of the affiliate link. Commissions may not be credited if the customer clears cookies, uses a different browser or device, blocks tracking technologies, uses private or incognito browsing, disables cookies, uses certain ad blockers or privacy tools, clicks another affiliate’s link, enters through an untracked link, or completes the purchase in a way that prevents the referral from being properly tracked.

We are not responsible for commissions that are not tracked due to incorrect links, broken links, expired links, browser settings, cookie deletion, cookie limitations, ad blockers, customer device settings, private browsing, customer actions, third-party platform issues, tracking outages, affiliate platform limitations, payment processor limitations, or other technical conditions outside our reasonable control.

Referral attribution and commission eligibility are determined by the tracking records available inside our affiliate platform and are subject to review before approval or payout.

Tracking reports in the affiliate dashboard may be reviewed, adjusted, delayed, corrected, reversed, or reconciled for refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, duplicate transactions, platform errors, or compliance review.

Approved affiliates may receive access to affiliate resources, which may include product descriptions, promotional angles, swipe copy, social media captions, creative assets, brand guidelines, tracking links, and other materials.

Affiliate resources are provided to help affiliates describe and promote eligible IncomeStreamHowTos products clearly, accurately, and professionally.

You may use approved affiliate resources only for the purpose of promoting eligible IncomeStreamHowTos products in accordance with these terms.

You may not modify, edit, rewrite, redesign, republish, or use affiliate resources in a way that creates false, exaggerated, misleading, deceptive, confusing, unsupported, or non-compliant claims.

You may not use customer-only product files, private customer access links, paid product downloads, internal product materials, support emails, or restricted resources as public affiliate promotional materials unless IncomeStreamHowTos expressly authorizes that use in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in your affiliate dashboard, written program details, or a separate written agreement, the current standard affiliate commission structure for The Online Business Model Selector is:

• Flat 40% commission on each qualifying purchase of The Online Business Model Selector.
• First payment only. The commission applies only to the referred customer’s first qualifying purchase of The Online Business Model Selector.
• No recurring commissions. The Online Business Model Selector is currently treated as a one-time product sale for affiliate commission purposes.

Commissions apply only to qualifying purchases that are properly tracked through an approved affiliate link within the applicable tracking window and that are not refunded, charged back, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, or otherwise disqualified under these terms.

Commissions do not apply to subscription renewals, future purchases, backend offers, add-ons, order bumps, third-party services, optional tools, unrelated products, or future IncomeStreamHowTos offers unless IncomeStreamHowTos expressly states otherwise in writing.

Commission rates may vary by product, campaign, affiliate type, promotional agreement, or affiliate platform settings where expressly stated in writing.

We reserve the right to update, change, pause, reduce, increase, or discontinue commission rates for future referrals at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

A referral may qualify for commission only if:

• The customer purchases an eligible IncomeStreamHowTos product through your valid affiliate link within the applicable tracking window.
• The sale is properly tracked by the affiliate platform or authorized tracking system.
• The purchase is not refunded, reversed, canceled, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise disqualified.
• The referral complies with these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
• The referral does not result from prohibited marketing activity, self-referral, misleading promotion, coupon abuse, cookie stuffing, spam, unauthorized paid advertising, improper incentives, or any other disallowed practice.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, reverse, or adjust commissions where appropriate.

If a customer requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, disputes a payment, cancels a purchase, or if a transaction is reversed for any reason, any related commission may be reversed, withheld, deducted from future payouts, or otherwise removed from your affiliate balance.

Commissions are not considered final until the applicable refund, dispute, fraud review, and chargeback risk period has passed.

We reserve the right to withhold or delay commissions while reviewing suspicious transactions, unusual activity, refund patterns, chargeback activity, compliance concerns, or possible violations of these terms.

Affiliate commissions are reviewed manually before payout and are not automatically guaranteed at the time of sale.

Payouts are processed manually on a monthly basis once an affiliate’s approved commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $25, unless a different threshold, schedule, or requirement is shown in the affiliate dashboard, written program details, or a separate written agreement.

PayPal is the primary payout method at launch. Additional payout methods, such as Wise, may be supported at our discretion where available.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information, including the correct PayPal payout email or other supported payout details. The payout email may be different from the email used to register for the Affiliate Program.

Commissions may be subject to a holding period to account for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud checks, tracking verification, and compliance review.

We may require affiliates to meet a minimum payout threshold before payment is issued.

We may also require valid payment information, tax information, identity information, or other documentation before issuing payment.

If you fail to provide required payment, tax, or account information, commissions may be delayed, withheld, or forfeited where permitted by law and applicable platform rules.

We are not responsible for payment delays, failed payments, rejected payments, or misdirected payments caused by the affiliate platform, payment processor, banking systems, tax-document delays, inaccurate affiliate information, incorrect payout email, compliance review, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, fees, or obligations related to commissions you receive through the Affiliate Program.

IncomeStreamHowTos does not provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice.

Where required, we or our affiliate platform/payment provider may request tax forms or related documentation before issuing commission payments.

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with IncomeStreamHowTos whenever sharing affiliate links, recommending IncomeStreamHowTos products, reviewing IncomeStreamHowTos products, mentioning IncomeStreamHowTos in a promotional context, or otherwise promoting IncomeStreamHowTos in exchange for potential compensation.

Your disclosure must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed close to the affiliate link, call to action, product recommendation, review, video description, email recommendation, social media post, or other promotional claim.

You may not hide the disclosure in a footer, terms page, profile page, separate disclosure page, buried hashtag list, or location that ordinary users are unlikely to see before clicking or purchasing.

Examples of acceptable disclosure language include:

• “I may earn a commission if you buy through my link.”
• “This is an affiliate link, which means I may earn a commission if you purchase.”
• “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”
• “Disclosure: I am an IncomeStreamHowTos affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you.”

You are responsible for complying with all applicable disclosure laws, advertising rules, platform policies, and endorsement requirements in every location where you promote IncomeStreamHowTos products.

If you promote IncomeStreamHowTos on social media, video platforms, podcasts, livestreams, short-form video, groups, communities, or influencer-style channels, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in a way that users are likely to see or hear before they click, buy, or rely on your recommendation.

Social media disclosures must be clear and prominent. Do not bury disclosure hashtags at the end of a long caption, behind a “more” button, in a low-visibility location, or only on your profile page.

Acceptable examples may include clear terms such as #ad, #affiliate, affiliate link, or a plain-language statement such as “I may earn a commission if you buy through my link.”

If a platform offers a paid partnership, branded content, or sponsorship disclosure tool, you are responsible for using it when required by that platform or applicable law.

For video or audio content, disclosures should be included in the content itself when practical and also placed near links in the description, show notes, captions, or related promotional materials.

You must promote IncomeStreamHowTos products honestly, accurately, and responsibly.

You may not make claims that are false, misleading, exaggerated, deceptive, confusing, unsupported, or inconsistent with approved IncomeStreamHowTos product descriptions and promotional materials.

You may not claim or imply that IncomeStreamHowTos products guarantee income, guarantee business success, guarantee financial results, guarantee customer acquisition, guarantee traffic, guarantee sales, or guarantee any specific outcome.

You may not describe IncomeStreamHowTos products as “get rich quick,” “guaranteed income,” “easy money,” “instant success,” “automatic business,” “passive income guaranteed,” “business-in-a-box,” “done-for-you business,” “franchise opportunity,” “investment opportunity,” “assisted marketing plan,” or similar claims.

You may only make claims that are accurate, supportable, and consistent with the product’s actual purpose, features, and approved positioning.

When describing The Online Business Model Selector, affiliates should position it as a practical resource that helps customers compare business model options, think through their goals and constraints, and choose a more suitable starting direction.

Affiliates may describe The Online Business Model Selector using careful, supportable language such as:

• A resource to help beginners compare online business model options.
• A guided decision-making tool for choosing a starting direction.
• A workbook and guided online access experience for evaluating fit, preferences, time, budget, skills, and next steps.
• A practical starting point for people who feel overwhelmed by online business options.

Affiliates may not describe The Online Business Model Selector as a guaranteed business plan, income system, franchise, investment, shortcut, secret method, or done-for-you business.

Affiliates may not make or imply any of the following claims:

• That customers are guaranteed to make money.
• That customers are guaranteed to start a successful business.
• That the product guarantees a specific business result.
• That the product guarantees traffic, sales, customers, followers, clients, leads, or revenue.
• That the product replaces professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or business advice.
• That the product will work for every customer regardless of effort, skill, market, budget, timing, or circumstances.
• That the product is a franchise, investment, employment opportunity, business opportunity, or done-for-you business system.
• That IncomeStreamHowTos has endorsed claims, testimonials, reviews, bonuses, guarantees, or promises that we have not expressly approved in writing.
• That any optional third-party tool, software platform, or outside service mentioned by IncomeStreamHowTos is included in the purchase price unless IncomeStreamHowTos expressly states that it is included.

If you share a review, testimonial, endorsement, case study, or personal experience, it must be truthful, accurate, and based on your real experience.

You may not invent testimonials, fabricate customer results, use fake reviews, use AI-generated fake endorsements, misrepresent your experience, or imply typical results that are not truthful or supportable.

You may not use fake screenshots, fake payment proof, fake student results, fake scarcity, fake urgency, fake comments, fake social proof, or misleading before-and-after claims.

If you received free access, discounted access, commissions, bonuses, or any other benefit, you must disclose that relationship clearly.

You may not promote IncomeStreamHowTos products using any prohibited, deceptive, abusive, illegal, or brand-damaging practices, including but not limited to:

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited direct messages, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Misleading subject lines, fake sender identities, fake urgency, or deceptive calls to action.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake clicks, hidden links, pop-up stuffing, link injection, malware, browser extensions, spyware, or other manipulative tracking practices.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake purchases, fraudulent purchases, or purchases made primarily to generate commission.
• Fake scarcity, fake countdown timers, fake reviews, fake bonuses, fake endorsements, or misleading comparison claims.
• Using brand names, logos, screenshots, materials, or product assets in a way that implies you are IncomeStreamHowTos or an official representative.
• Misrepresenting the price, offer, refund policy, product contents, delivery method, support included, customer access process, or required next steps.
• Posting affiliate links on sites, forums, groups, pages, or communities where affiliate links are prohibited.
• Using illegal, hateful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful content to promote IncomeStreamHowTos products.
• Promoting through websites, platforms, or content that could damage the reputation, trust, or brand of IncomeStreamHowTos.
• Using bots, fake traffic, paid-to-click methods, incentivized clicks, click farms, automated traffic, misleading redirects, or low-quality traffic designed to manipulate tracking.

If you promote IncomeStreamHowTos products through email, SMS, messaging apps, direct messages, newsletters, or similar communication channels, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, platform rules, consent requirements, unsubscribe requirements, and anti-spam rules.

You may not use purchased lists, scraped contacts, harvested email addresses, unauthorized SMS lists, fake opt-ins, or any contact method that violates applicable law or platform policy.

All promotional messages must accurately identify the sender and must not mislead recipients about the source, purpose, or commercial nature of the message.

Affiliates may not send mass telemarketing calls, automated calls, pre-recorded/artificial voice messages, unsolicited faxes, unsolicited SMS/text messages, or other commercial communications where consent is required but has not been properly obtained.

Affiliates may not run paid ads using IncomeStreamHowTos brand names, product names, domain names, trademarks, confusingly similar terms, misspellings, or variations without prior written permission.

Affiliates may not bid on keywords such as “IncomeStreamHowTos,” “The Online Business Model Selector,” or confusingly similar brand or product terms without prior written approval.

Affiliates may not run paid search, paid social, display, native, video, retargeting, or other paid advertising that direct-links to an IncomeStreamHowTos sales page, checkout page, affiliate link, or product page without prior written approval from IncomeStreamHowTos.

If paid advertising is approved, we may require the affiliate to send traffic to the affiliate’s own value-adding landing page, article, review, comparison, tutorial, or educational content before linking to IncomeStreamHowTos.

Affiliates may not run ads that impersonate IncomeStreamHowTos, appear to be official IncomeStreamHowTos ads, use misleading display URLs, use unauthorized brand assets, or direct users through deceptive landing pages.

We reserve the right to restrict, approve, deny, or require changes to any paid advertising activity involving IncomeStreamHowTos products, names, assets, or affiliate links.

The IncomeStreamHowTos Affiliate Program does not automatically include a customer discount unless IncomeStreamHowTos expressly provides an approved coupon, promotion, or discount offer in writing.

Affiliates may not promise, advertise, imply, or promote a customer discount, bonus savings amount, coupon code, promotional price, or special deal unless that offer has been issued or approved by IncomeStreamHowTos.

Affiliates may not post unauthorized coupons, fake discounts, expired promotions, misleading deal claims, fabricated savings offers, or discount codes not issued or approved by IncomeStreamHowTos.

Coupon, discount, cashback, loyalty, incentive, rebate, reward, giveaway, contest, bonus-for-purchase, and deal-site promotion is not permitted unless approved by IncomeStreamHowTos in writing.

If we determine that a commission resulted from unauthorized coupon, deal, cashback, incentive, or misleading discount activity, the commission may be withheld, reversed, or disqualified.

You may not register, purchase, use, or control any domain name, subdomain, social media handle, page name, group name, profile name, ad account, app name, email address, or online property that uses or confusingly resembles IncomeStreamHowTos, The Online Business Model Selector, or any other IncomeStreamHowTos brand, product, or protected name.

You may not present yourself as IncomeStreamHowTos, an employee of IncomeStreamHowTos, an official support representative, a customer service agent, or an owner/operator of the product.

You may not create websites, landing pages, social profiles, groups, communities, emails, or promotional materials that confuse visitors into believing they are on an official IncomeStreamHowTos page unless you have express written permission.

IncomeStreamHowTos and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in IncomeStreamHowTos trademarks, logos, brand assets, product names, written materials, product materials, website content, graphics, designs, resources, and related intellectual property.

Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved affiliate materials solely for the purpose of promoting eligible IncomeStreamHowTos products in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, alter, republish, share, or use IncomeStreamHowTos materials for any purpose not authorized by these terms.

You may not share paid product files, customer-only materials, private product access links, workbook downloads, guided access pages, protected resources, customer emails, or internal product materials with anyone who has not purchased or been authorized to access them.

IncomeStreamHowTos may mention, review, compare, recommend, or link to third-party tools, platforms, software, services, resources, or affiliate offers as optional educational resources.

Affiliates may not claim that any third-party tool, platform, software, service, resource, subscription, or outside offer is owned by IncomeStreamHowTos, included with an IncomeStreamHowTos purchase, guaranteed by IncomeStreamHowTos, required to use The Online Business Model Selector, or supported by IncomeStreamHowTos unless we expressly state that in writing.

Affiliates may not make income, success, performance, savings, or result claims about third-party tools when promoting IncomeStreamHowTos unless those claims are accurate, supportable, compliant with the third-party program’s rules, and approved where required.

Affiliates may promote eligible IncomeStreamHowTos products, but affiliates are not authorized to provide official customer support, account access, refunds, billing help, technical support, or product delivery on behalf of IncomeStreamHowTos.

Customers should be directed to IncomeStreamHowTos Support for official product, billing, access, or account questions.

You may not promise extra support, bonuses, refunds, consulting, coaching, implementation help, or custom services from IncomeStreamHowTos unless we have approved those promises in writing.

If you offer your own bonus to customers who purchase through your affiliate link, the bonus must be truthful, legal, deliverable, clearly described, and your sole responsibility.

You may not imply that IncomeStreamHowTos provides, endorses, guarantees, fulfills, supports, or is responsible for your bonus unless we have approved that arrangement in writing.

Your bonus may not misrepresent the IncomeStreamHowTos product, create misleading urgency, violate these terms, or create support obligations for IncomeStreamHowTos.

Your bonus may not include unauthorized copies, excerpts, screenshots, downloads, private access links, workbook files, guided access pages, or other protected IncomeStreamHowTos materials.

Affiliates may not collect, request, sell, misuse, or disclose customer personal information in connection with promoting IncomeStreamHowTos products except where lawful, properly disclosed, and necessary for the affiliate’s own lawful marketing operations.

You may not claim to have access to IncomeStreamHowTos customer lists, buyer data, private account information, or customer records unless expressly authorized in writing.

You are responsible for complying with all privacy laws, data protection rules, platform policies, and consent requirements that apply to your own marketing activities.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your affiliate promotions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, platform policies, advertising policies, disclosure requirements, privacy requirements, intellectual property laws, email marketing laws, SMS/text marketing laws, telemarketing laws, consumer protection laws, and industry standards.

This includes, where applicable, laws and rules related to advertising, endorsements, testimonials, affiliate disclosures, email marketing, SMS marketing, privacy, data protection, unfair or deceptive acts or practices, intellectual property, and consumer protection.

You are also responsible for following the rules of any platform where you promote IncomeStreamHowTos products, including but not limited to websites, blogs, newsletters, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, podcast platforms, online communities, paid ad platforms, and affiliate networks.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor affiliate activity, review promotional materials, request changes, require removal of content, investigate referrals, review traffic sources, audit commissions, or verify compliance with these terms.

If we request that you modify or remove a promotion, claim, ad, link, page, email, social post, video, image, or other material, you agree to do so promptly.

Failure to comply with a reasonable removal or correction request may result in suspension, termination, commission reversal, or other action.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your affiliate account at any time if we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these terms, created risk for IncomeStreamHowTos, misrepresented the product, engaged in prohibited marketing, generated suspicious traffic, violated applicable laws, or acted in a way that could harm customers, the brand, or the affiliate program.

Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links, remove IncomeStreamHowTos promotional materials where requested, and stop representing yourself as an IncomeStreamHowTos affiliate.

We may withhold, reverse, or cancel unpaid commissions connected to violations, prohibited activity, fraudulent activity, misleading promotion, chargebacks, refunds, suspicious referrals, or other disqualified activity.

We may close, suspend, or remove inactive affiliate accounts at our discretion.

An account may be considered inactive if it has no meaningful promotional activity, no qualifying referrals, no valid payment information, no response to compliance requests, or extended inactivity in the affiliate platform.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee commissions, income, traffic, approvals, conversions, payouts, or business results.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your audience, content, marketing strategy, compliance, traffic quality, communication, platform rules, customer behavior, and market conditions.

We make no promise or guarantee that you will earn any specific amount as an affiliate.

Your participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, representative, or legal partnership relationship between you and IncomeStreamHowTos.

You are an independent promoter and are not authorized to bind IncomeStreamHowTos, make promises on our behalf, accept payments on our behalf, provide official support on our behalf, or represent yourself as an employee, owner, partner, agent, or official representative of IncomeStreamHowTos.

If you receive non-public information from IncomeStreamHowTos, including private launch details, internal strategy, unpublished product materials, customer-only resources, affiliate-only materials, commission arrangements, platform details, or business information, you agree not to disclose or misuse that information unless authorized in writing.

This section does not prevent you from using approved affiliate resources for authorized promotion.

IncomeStreamHowTos reserves the right to modify, pause, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any written obligations we have expressly agreed to honor.

If the Affiliate Program is discontinued, affiliates must stop using affiliate links, remove promotional materials where requested, and stop representing themselves as active IncomeStreamHowTos affiliates.

Discontinuation of the Affiliate Program does not automatically cancel approved commissions that were validly earned before the discontinuation date, provided those commissions meet all qualifying referral, refund, chargeback, fraud review, compliance, and payout requirements stated in these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

Commissions for future referrals, untracked referrals, disqualified referrals, refunded purchases, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, prohibited promotions, or referrals generated after the program has been discontinued may be denied, withheld, reversed, or canceled.

The Affiliate Program, affiliate resources, affiliate platform, tracking system, reporting tools, affiliate links, and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that affiliate tracking, affiliate links, dashboards, reporting tools, payment systems, websites, checkout pages, or third-party platforms will be continuously available, error-free, unchanged, or compatible with your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncomeStreamHowTos, its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, commissions, revenue, business, goodwill, data, traffic, rankings, account access, or promotional opportunity arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the amount of unpaid approved commissions owed to you for qualifying referrals during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IncomeStreamHowTos, its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your participation in the Affiliate Program.
• Your promotional activities.
• Your website, content, email, SMS, social media, ads, bonuses, reviews, endorsements, or other marketing materials.
• Your violation of these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of applicable law, regulation, platform policy, or advertising rule.
• Your false, misleading, deceptive, or unsupported claims.
• Your failure to provide required disclosures.
• Your infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights.
• Your negligent, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or prohibited activity.

We reserve the right to modify, update, pause, restrict, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission structure, product availability, affiliate resources, platform access, payout rules, tracking methods, or these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms may be posted on our website, sent by email, shown in the affiliate platform, or otherwise provided to affiliates.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop participating in the Affiliate Program.

If any provision of these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at affiliates@incomestreamhowtos.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions or the Affiliate Program shall be resolved in Orange County, California, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Affiliate account, commission, tracking, payout, or program disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the disputed event, referral, payout, reversal, or account action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims not submitted within that period may be deemed waived.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

By submitting an affiliate application, checking an acceptance box, accessing the affiliate dashboard, using an affiliate link, receiving affiliate resources, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

You also agree that electronic acceptance, checkbox acceptance, continued participation, or use of your affiliate link may serve as your acceptance of these terms.
